COMAND APS features a DVD player, 4GB of memory and a telephone keypad. There is also a slot for SD memory cards. The DVD player can play MP3 and WMA files plus video DVDs. The radio can be operated via the multifunction steering wheel (CL4). An AUX interface allows a separate player to be connected. LINGUATRONIC can be used for voice control of key audio, CD, telephone and navigation functions. The radio features a Bluetooth hands-free system via which the radio can be connected to a Bluetooth mobile phone. It features a hard-drive navigation system. Information about the route is shown on the 16.5 cm TFT colour display. The TMC aerial allows traffic information to be received. Compressed music files from a CD, DVD and SD memory card can be imported to the internal memory, which can be used as a music register.
